Viele dieser traditionellen Übungen eignen sich hervorragend als Faszientraining, da sie langsam, rhythmisch und dreidimensional ausgeführt werden, genau so, wie es die moderne Faszienforschung vorgibt. Oft tun sich hochgradig spezialisierten Theoretiker schwer aus ihren gewonnenen Erkenntnissen Übungen zu gestalten, die auch Aspekte aus anderen Spezialgebieten der Medizin berücksichtigen. Sie sind keine Praktiker oder Bewegungsmenschen, sodass die Übungen, die ich dann in Büchern von hervorragenden Wissenschaftlern sehe, oft nur einen Aspekt der gewonnenen Erkenntnis berücksichtigen.
